Privacy Notice

When you request a sourcing assessment, you may provide company name, country or region, contact email, motor category, application details, sourcing stage, target market, expected volume, main concern, existing supplier or document information, and additional notes.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information included in your message and any attachments you choose to send.

We use the information to understand the request, decide whether it fits the current review scope, respond to your inquiry, and organize the evidence needed for a sourcing review.

We do not use submitted sourcing information to create public supplier rankings, public factory listings, or named customer case studies.

We do not sell submitted information. We do not publicly disclose customer names, supplier names, supplier files, or project details without permission.

Information may be shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or communicate with the person or organization that submitted the request.

The assessment form may prepare a structured email or submit information through a configured server-side email service. Email delivery and routing may involve third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare Email Routing or an email service provider.

Do not submit highly sensitive trade secrets, regulated technical data, or confidential files unless a separate agreement or review scope has been discussed.

We keep submitted information only as long as needed for inquiry review, communication, service delivery, or reasonable business records.

You may request deletion of submitted information by emailing contact@chinamotor.org. Some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
